Pittsburghers are in for a bit of a treat, Monday, when Daughter will be in town for a pretty exclusive show. The three piece english band consisting of Elena Tonra, Igor Haefeli & Remi Aguilella will be performing at Panorama Festival in New York, Lollapalooza in Chicago and Osheaga Festival in Montreal. In between their festival run Daughter will be stopping in Pittsburgh, Detroit and Chicago.

“Not to Disappear” is the trio’s 2nd full length album but they also have 4 ep’s to their name since 2010. The band takes a noticeable leap on this album from their debut. They don’t shy away from what got them to this point, but merely add to it, and exceed tremendously.

Daughter made their Pittsburgh debut in October 2013 performing at Mr. Smalls Theatre. They’ll be at the same venue Monday, July 25 with Julien Baker at 8pm (doors 7pm) for an all ages show. Tickets can be purchased at ticketweb for $23 or $25 day of show.
