Arcade Fire may be the biggest indie band right now. They have already headlined the largest festivals around and are back with the follow up to 2010’s grammy winning album “The Suburbs.” Their 4th album “Reflektor,” was heavily marketed including random street art, teaser videos and stickers passed out with the album art at festivals. The six piece Montreal band will be making their 2nd appearance in Pittsburgh at Consol Energy Center Wednesday, April 12, 2014 at 7:30. The first time was as an opening act for the Unicorns at the Rex Theater in 2004. The band is comprised of the husband and wife duo of Win Butler and Régine Chassagne along with William Butler, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara. Tickets go on sale Friday, November 21 to the general public with prices ranging from $39.05-$73.55 including applicable charges. You can purchase your tickets at ticketmaster. Don’t forget to wear formal attire or a costume as requested by the band. Check out the epic video below of Arcade Fire performing Wake Up at Bonnaroo.
