Ewert and the Two Dragons are bringing their Estonian indie rock to Club Café on Wednesday the 25th, a day after their latest release, “Circles.” It is the groups third album and a follow-up to their acclaimed 2011 album “Good Man Down.”
The European country of Estonia is the size of Vermont and New Hampshire put together. Though, the band will not be visiting either state on this tour. Pittsburgh is one of only 12 North American cities to get the rare appearance before they head back to Estonia’s capital city, Tallinn.
Ewert and the Two Dragons consists of Ewert Sundja on vocals and keyboards, Erki Pärnoja on guitar and backing vocals, Ivo Etti on bass, acoustic guitar and backing vocals, and Kristjan Kallas on drums and percussion. Take a listen to their sound below or here the full album at redbull.com
Local reggae rockers, Man and the Arena will be opening the show. These guys have some fine grooves and are worth the $10 admission alone.
