They don’t breed them like Steve Gunn anymore. Gunn is an un-assuming old soul with masterful guitar playing skills and he’s a talented wordsmith all in one. His latest effort, Way Out Weather is by far his most prolific to date. That’s saying a lot for a guy that has pumped out 9 albums and an EP since 2007. Gunn’s last appearance in Pittsburgh was October 5, 2014 with Circuit des Yeux, Mary Lattimore & Jeff Zeigler Duo for a showcase at Thunderbird Cafe for VIA Fest. Gunn will be playing Spirit, the former Lawrenceville Moose with Sagas and local artist Dhruva Krishna. Doors are at 7pm and show starts at 8.
