Oakland California rockers Whiskerman’s summer tour is coming to a close. With a notable show at Floyd Fest 2017, the guys are now making their way toward the burgh. Whiskerman put out the double album Champions in 2016 and are currently working on a 4th. They raised over $9,000 through a Kickstarter campaign to bring the project to life.
Whiskerman is led by Graham Patzner with his smoky vocals along with Will Lawrence, Charles Lloyd, Dan Schwartz,and Trevor Bahnson. The San Francisco Chronicle said “when revved up. Whiskerman sounds like a gospel and soul band that can make you feel like raising your hands in praise of its talent. In their quieter songs, there’s a storytelling vibe with intricate melodies.”
You can catch Whiskerman along with locals The Me Toos and Cape Cod at Club Cafe Monday, August 7 for a 21+ show at 8pm and the doors at 7pm. Tickets are $8 in advance through ticketWeb or $10 day of show, or win a pair from us!
