w/ The Queers
Mr. Smalls Theatre
September 20, 2017
The Ataris always seem to be on tour and they never skimp on coming to Pittsburgh. In fact in 2014 the guys made 3 trips to the burgh! They started their Pittsburgh run in 2008 playing Belvedere’s and followed that up the following year with a show at Garfield Artworks. Other venues they have played at in Pittsburgh over the years include Smiling Moose, Club Cafe, Diesel, The Rex Theater, Altar Bar, Mr. Smalls Theatre and Key Bank Pavilion for Vans Warped Tour.
Kristopher Roe is the only surviving member of the band he created in 1995. Currently Steve Lucarelli on bass and Dustin Philips on drums round out the trio. Most recently the band released an EP called October in This Railroad Earth. Unfortunately none of which is new material, with their last album being released in 2007.
